PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Ability to dissect complex projects into clear objectives, roles and best practice workflows, identifying opportunities and risks and effectively engaging and leading company-wide, international project teams to successful delivery.
ARTISTS, GUESTS & AUDIENCES
Experience identifying, curating, contracting and managing high profile artists, talent and partnerships.
Ability to build guest registration platforms and manage ticketing partners, overseeing seating plans and ticket allocations for audiences of 25,000+
BUDGETS & FINANCE
Experience constructing, managing and reconciling complex multi-currency budgets exceeding £4 million, overseeing P&L and financial reporting. Confident troubleshooter and creative negotiator.
COMMUNICATION
Confident, friendly, open and effective communicator. Ability to lead large meetings, share and present ideas, produce concise and clear project documents, and write accurate and engaging briefs and copy for a variety of platforms and audiences.
OPERATIONS & LOGISTICS
Confident briefing and managing third-party suppliers globally, and overseeing the RFP process, including venues, agencies, technical production teams, local authorities, security, transport partners, ticketing agents, caterers and H&S consultants, with a strong ability to lead on site teams and operations.

CREATIVITY & DESIGN

Working closely with 2D/3D designers and production teams, to develop and refine ideas, designs, floor plans, renders, CADs, materials and printed matter, with a keen eye for detail and understanding of working within brand/style guidelines.
TECHNICAL PRODUCTION
Strong background working with broadcast and live event crews. Sound AV knowledge across sound, lighting, cameras, screens and content. Confident writing technical briefs and finding effective solutions, including installations, digital integrations and developing virtual events using platforms such as Hopin and Zoom.
